Public IP address of the monitoring station. This parameter is intended for communication
between the alarm system and monitoring station via GPRS network.

This feature allows to set a delay period of time before repeating the data message trans-
mission attempt to monitoring station by Primary connection in case all of the previous
attempts by all set connections were unsuccessful. Default value is 180 seconds. Recom-
mended value is 600 seconds.
